Loods 22 is a project of the Locus real estate office in the old harbor of Ghent.This former cotton warehouse was totally renovated while still maintaining the original structure of the building.The first floor will be divided into lofts whereas the ground floor will serve as office space for creative companies.
For over 2 years I followed the progress of the works from the early start to the finishing stage.This selection shows workers and contractors at work.
